Convert Used Oil into Diesel by Fractional Distillation
The developed oil treatment method is to separate each component by boiling point. It does not require additives and only heat is used.
The equipment was redesigned to process the used oil safely and in compliance with environmental regulations.
The temperature of the oil rises to more than 300 degrees Celsius and the vapors condense.
The result is a diesel that has been used in transportation and heavy machinery and power generation plants with a minimum yield of 70% per thousand liters.
These equipments have processed used motor oil, bunker sludge, contaminated diesel, etc.
